Thank you to Customers who have used Services from Meeting.id (hereinafter referred to as “Meeting.id). The following is a Privacy Policy that binds all customers.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is intended to help Customers understand how Meeting.id, its various subsidiaries, partner companies, and controlled business entities in order to collect, process, and how Meeting.id treats such personal data. This Privacy Policy applies to all Meeting.id Services.

Meeting.id is committed to respecting matters relating to data protection and customer privacy. Meeting.id only collects and processes important and necessary personal data for Meeting.id for everything related to the Service. Meeting.id will only store Customer’s personal data as long as necessary in order to fulfill legal obligations or as long as the personal data is related to the purpose of collecting personal data at the time it was collected. This Privacy Policy is based on applicable laws and regulations in order to protect personal data. Disclosure of personal data will only be carried out when required by applicable law or on instructions from official government entities (if there is a valid order)

Processing of Personal Data

Meeting.id processes personal data including:

  1. Acquisition and collection;
  2. Processing and analysis;
  3. Storage;
  4. Repairs and updates;
  5. Repairs and updates;
  6. Deletion or destruction.

Type of Personal Data

“Personal Data” is all data that can be used to identify an individual. When you subscribe to Services from Meeting.id, you will be asked to provide personal data that Meeting.id requires including but not limited to:

  2. Full address;
  3. Residential Identification Number;
  4. Telephone number;
  5. Date of birth;
  6. Gender;
  7. Taxpayer Identification Number.

Meeting.id collects Customer’s personal data in various ways as follows:

  1. Filling in the online registration and/or online forms provided;
  2. Financial transactions;
  3. Meeting.id requests Customer’s personal data through the Sales, Finance, Billing, Abuse and/or Technical Support Team;
  4. Online communication with customers through official channels that act as a liaison between Meeting.id and customers;
  5. Offline communication between the Meeting.id Team and customers;
  6. And various statements, application letters, certificates, and/or other similar letters.

 

Providing personal data that customers do is voluntary. If the customer does not provide personal data, Meeting.id will not process the customer’s personal data for the verification step in order to provide services to customers and/or receive payments from customers.

Intent of Data Processing

Meeting.id can use and process Personal Data for the purposes of providing Services and payment activities but not limited to the following:

Meeting.id Customers Only:

  1. To provide information regarding Meeting.id Services;
  2. To carry out various obligations contained in the agreement with the Customer;
  3. To provide appropriate Services to Customers;
  4. To process Customer subscription requests and deliver Service information
  5. To provide information regarding device and/or Service updates;
  6. To process, manage or verify Customer subscription status and to provide benefits offered to Customers;
  7. To validate Customer orders and process payments relating to products or services that Customers have requested;
  8. To develop, improve and provide services in order to meet the needs of Customers;
  9. As well as other matters deemed necessary in connection with the provision of the Service.

General:

  1. In response to your questions, comments and answers;
  2. To communicate with you in connection with any of the matters set out in the Privacy Policy;
  3. For the purpose of preventing crime;
  4. To maintain the safety and security of Meeting.id Services.

The customer and you agree that Meeting.id collects, uses and/or processes Personal Data for the purposes and in the manner stated in this Privacy Policy.

 

Stop and Withdraw Consent

If the Customer wants to withdraw the consent and/or delete the personal data that Meeting.id has obtained from the Customer in connection with the purposes in this Privacy Policy, please contact via the support ticket via the email to admin@meeting.id

Disclosure to Third Parties

On several occasions, Meeting.id may provide personal data to strategic partners or other third parties who work with Meeting.id in the context of providing services. Meeting.id is committed not to rent, sell or disseminate Customer Personal Data to anyone who is not explicitly affiliated with Meeting.id.

Meeting.id can share personal data with subsidiaries, affiliated companies or companies that have collaborated with Meeting.id through an agreement affixed to a data confidentiality clause and when Meeting.id has permission and/or approval from the Customer or matters others as follows:

  1. Meeting.id only shares personal data with partners whom Meeting.id entrusts to work for and on behalf of Meeting.id based on confidentiality agreements. These companies can use Customer’s personal data to help Meeting.id communicate with Customers regarding offers from Meeting.id. However, these companies have no right to use Customer’s personal data;
  2. Meeting.id takes various actions related to the justice system or in order to defend Meeting.id’s legal rights against all lawsuits;
  3. Meeting.id as a legal entity feels it is important to share personal data in terms of judicial system processes that have an impact on the safety of human life;
  4. Meeting.id is asked to provide customer data in the interests of national defense and security, the interests of the judicial process, the interests of state administration or the interests of enforcing the code of ethics;
  5. Professional advisers and/or external auditors including legal and financial advisers who are officially registered with professional organizations.

Customer Personal Data may also be shared in connection with a corporate transaction, such as the establishment of a joint venture, sale of a subsidiary or division, merger, consolidation or sale of assets, or liquidation.

Security of Personal Data of Meeting.id Customers

Meeting.id as a service provider guarantees the security of customer data in the Meeting.id database. The data is encrypted physically and electronically with different access rights between the Meeting.id Team.

The data collected will not be misused outside the Meeting.id network. If there is misuse of the data outside the Meeting.id network, we will immediately take recovery actions and notify the customer to immediately replace the data.

Meeting.id does not sell customer data to any party and will destroy or destroy customer data if the Meeting.id service is no longer used or is not extended by the customer or at the request of the customer.

 

Use of Customer Data outside of Meeting.id

The customer agrees if at a later date Meeting.id is asked to provide customer data in the interests of national defense and security, the interests of the judicial process, the interests of administering the country or the interests of enforcing the code of ethics. In addition to these needs, customer data stored in the Meeting.id database is encrypted so that it is not misused except for customer personal data that appears in whois information. If this data is stored or cached or captured by other sites, this is beyond Meeting.id’s responsibility.

 

Guarantee of Customer Hosting Data Protection

  1. Meeting.id only provides infrastructure for placing customer’s content;
  2. Meeting.id does not interfere with or create or modify Customer content without the Customer’s prior approval. Unless there is a dangerous situation where Meeting.id has to change / edit / delete the Customer’s content – in this case the Customer will be notified of the change;
  3. Meeting.id maintains the confidentiality of customer data, including telephone numbers and also the contents of the customer’s website, unless the customer discloses it to the public, or asks for it to be published. At the time of registration, the Customer must use original data and may ask to cover data information on the domain name if permitted by the registry.

 

Changes in Privacy Policy

Meeting.id has the right at any time to add, update, and/or change the terms of this Privacy Policy. The Customer’s decision to continue using the Services from Meeting.id indicates the Customer’s acceptance of all changes in existing services.

 

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

  1. This Privacy Policy is regulated and interpreted based on the laws of the Republic of Indonesia;
  2. Any contradictions and disputes that arise in connection with or related to matters regulated in this Privacy Policy (and parts thereof) including disputes caused by the existence or the occurrence of unlawful acts or violations of one or more of this Privacy Policy must be resolved by deliberation to reach a consensus;
  3. Unless regulated by applicable law or requested by request, official decisions issued, issued or made by a judicial institution or authorized government agency, during the dispute resolution process as stipulated above until a decision is valid, final and binding on the customer and PT. Meeting.id Company International, the Customer and PT. Meeting.id Company International is required to keep confidential all information related to disputes and the settlement process and is therefore prohibited in any way from notifying or announcing to any party the existence of such disputes or the settlement process including but not limited to through mass media (print media, online media, television, internet, social media and/or other communication media). If the Customer violates this provision, the Customer agrees that all or part of the Customer’s rights to use the Meeting.id Service will be terminated or revoked by Meeting.id either temporarily or permanently.
